The TMI fleet is commercially managed by Taylor Maritime HK, a commercial ship management business, run by experienced industry professionals with an established reputation as a trusted, high-quality partner.

Overview

Taylor Maritime (HK) Limited is the Commercial Manager and provides commercial and administration management services to the Group; this involves arranging employment for and managing the operations of the vessels, including arranging insurances, and oversight of the appointed external technical managers. Taylor Maritime also provides book-keeping and company secretarial services in respective of the vessel owning companies. Taylor Maritime is based in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.

Portfolio Commercial Strategy

In order to ensure a dependable and diversified return profile and optimise earnings visibility, and taking into consideration our assessment of the market, we use a variety of strategies, comprising short- term Charters (less than 6 months), medium- term charters (more than 6 months) and long- term Charters (greater than a year) enabling us to benefit from staggered renewals, with a view to flattening the income curve. Our counterparties comprise a variety of blue chip global commodity companies and operators with whom we have longstanding ties.
